Due to the size and the walls structure (too low) we decided to make the roof appearance lighter, using a six windows system for increased brightness

Total renovation and extension of this apartment (originally of 100 sqm). The final project become a beautiful apartment of 240 sqm with an amazing roof top over Sanremo’s old town: Pigna. The original building was realized over a defensive wall which was built in 1321 AC

villa Liberty a Sanremo
Sanremo - Italy - 2009
Restoration of the interior and exterior of a Liberty villa built in 1910. Total inside renovation and filo-logic restoration. We also did the interiors design, constructed two new lifts, a new underground garage for 4 cars and a new garden with concrete (one-shell) swimming pool.
The property boundaries were totally rebuilt, new underground garage was built, new access, new stone walls, new fences
The Villa exteriors were renovated, but not completely rebuilt, to respect this historical magnificent building

We decided to lift the roof as much as possible (according to law) and we realized a new Penthouse, easily accessible by a brand-new lift
