Commercial Building
This is a project I worked on few years ago. A major food company in Moldova asked me to realize an industrial building to move part of their production process connected with shopping malls, specialized supermarkets and shops.

Commercial Building
The ground floor will host the supermarket, first floor will include shops and a restaurant (inside the Crystal box, the tables will be exposed to a magnificent view and a great sun exposition). A garden will be realized on the roof top and will host a bar (inside the big Chrystal volume)

The project went through different studies, many concepts were realized.

Parking areas underground on two levels , supermarket and shops on ground-floor, restaurant and magnificent terraces on the first level and offices and residential elevation floors

The tower could be interpreted as a boat floating in no design land (whit out soul)
